Job summary

AdvantaClean of Norcross and Buford is seeking a Contents Lead Packout Technician to steer pack-out and pack-back crews on active projects. You will inventory, photograph, label, and transport contents in line with company standards, ensuring accuracy and protection of belongings.

You will mentor junior technicians, maintain organized worksites, and report progress to management while upholding safety and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of contents pack-out experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead pack-out and pack-back crews on job sites
• Perform detailed contents inventory and photo documentation
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and protection of contents
• Maintain job site organization and cleanliness
• Train and guide junior technicians
• Communicate job progress and issues to management
