About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Content Specialist to coordinate content for complex, enterprise clients at Socius Marketing, a rapidly growing digital agency serving the home improvement, home services, and healthcare sectors. This senior role involves content production, client account management, team mentorship, and operational leadership. Responsibilities include producing 40–60 pages of SEO-optimized content monthly, managing content workflows, and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate client accounts, manage timelines, and ensure deliverable quality.
2. Write and edit SEO website content for multiple clients.
3. Research specialized topics, including healthcare concepts, and interpret data.
4. Proofread content for accuracy and SEO compliance.
5. Manage content posting, QA, and workflow efficiency.
6. Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to assist content creation.
7. Participate in meetings, train new writers, and improve processes.
8. Ensure alignment with client style guides and standards.
9. Support leadership with process improvements and mentorship.
10. Maintain professional development in content skills.

Qualifications

Location & Benefits

Compensation

Target salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
