Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Business Analysis Manager in Bellevue to deliver big insights and partner with marketing, product and platform teams on complex modeling and analysis requests.

You will shape strategic and operational decisions by creating customer-centric recommendations, building reporting structures, and driving improvements in a matrixed environment. A strong background in data analysis, SQL, and visualization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience (Required)
• 4-7 years solving analytical problems with quantitative methods (Required)
• 4-7 years reporting and analyzing performance and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) (Required)
• 4-7 years advanced analytics including SQL analysis of complex datasets (Required)
• Experience with Python or R preferred (Optional)
• Telecommunications experience preferred (Optional)

Responsibilities

• Interact with various teams across the T-Mobile to provide insights, analysis and recommendations that deliver data-driven, optimized experiences.
• Serve as a key point of contact in providing data and reporting solutions to drive enterprise results, including reports, dashboards, visuals, and self-service environments. Define product feature and campaign success metrics and benchmarks.
• Utilize analytical and modeling capability to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization.
