Job summary

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is expanding its consumer practice, a high-impact team at the forefront of modern law. We are not just another plaintiffs' firm; we are a litigation engine built for the digital age.

You will take ownership of cases that shape consumer law, work with a high degree of autonomy, and mentor junior attorneys from day one. You will manage matters independently, draft motions, and interface with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction or Puerto Rico.
• 5–7 years of litigation experience (plaintiff, defense, or regulatory), ideally with consumer, privacy, or arbitration matters.
• Proven ability to manage matters independently from investigation through motion practice and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead discrete matters within larger class or arbitration portfolios, managing deadlines and case progression independently.
• Draft and argue substantive motions with supervision; contribute to discovery strategy and deposition prep.
• Interface directly with clients, co-counsel, and defense counsel with professionalism and clarity.
• Oversee small teams of junior attorneys or analysts to maintain accuracy and efficiency across filings.
• Shape case strategy by identifying emerging trends in the law and contributing creative legal theories.
• Collaborate with legal operations and tech teams to streamline workflows and leverage LK’s proprietary systems.
