Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guides, schedules, and supervises construction staff, contractors, and suppliers to meet schedule.
• Ensures safety standards are followed on site.
• Oversees project sites, ensuring quality work and timeliness.
• Determines project requirements, procedures, and needed materials based on blueprints.
• Performs daily site walkthroughs to verify materials and tools availability.
• Resolves problems and coordinates activities with management and contractors.
• Conducts inspections and quality assurance of work and safety procedures.
• Oversees budgets and schedules for projects.
• Identifies and recommends solutions for production problems.
