Job summary

Reframe Systems, based in Andover, MA, seeks a hands-on Construction Supervisor to manage site work, deliveries, and finishing for our modular‑construction projects. You will oversee subcontractors, train carpenters, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

The role requires 5+ years in ground-up residential construction, MA CSL, and strong communication. Procore or Buildertrend experience is preferred; projects operate from Somerville to Devens with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ground-up residential construction.
• Deep knowledge of building means and methods.
• Proficiency in construction apps like Procore or Buildertrend.
• Active MA Unrestricted CSL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Subcontractor Management: you will be the primary point of contact on the jobsite, coordinating surveys, excavation, site utilities, foundation, cranes, rigging, carpentry, and final finishes.
• Employee Management & Training: lead and train our company carpenters, providing daily work lists and guidance to ensure quality and productivity.
• Jobsite Safety: you are the designated Jobsite Safety Officer, responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel and visitors.
• Project Coordination & Communication: maintain clear and helpful communication with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and neighbors.
• Daily Documentation: maintain a detailed daily log with photos and notes for clear communication and project records.
• Scheduling & Planning: partner with the Project Manager to maintain a four-week lookahead schedule for materials, labor, and logistics.
• Quality Control: deliver a finished, high-quality product to the customer with team support.
• Risk Management & Project Closeout: identify risks and support closeout activities, including punch lists and warranty documentation.
• Licensing & Inspections: apply for permits and coordinate inspections with municipalities.
