Job summary

Thoughtforms is hiring a Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site residential projects in Boston, MA. The role requires managing subcontractors, schedules, and regulatory compliance to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualified candidates have a MA Construction Supervisor License, 5+ years in residential supervision, and experience with construction drawings, Procore, and MS Office. This is an on-site position with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction supervision.
• Carpentry knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting construction drawings/plans.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite; OSHA/LEED/PHIUS certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site residential construction from start to finish.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project partners; ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address delays.
• Maintain project documentation, permits, RFIs, progress reports.
• Develop, manage, and update construction schedules.
