Job summary

SpawGlass seeks a Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations on active healthcare, higher education, civic and corporate projects in Texas. You will coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet drawings, specs, and codes while maintaining safety and schedule.

You’ll run site meetings, review look‑ahead plans, manage RFIs and submittals, and drive continuous improvement in field execution with a safety‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams on healthcare, education, civic or corporate projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, site logistics and trade sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations on active job sites to deliver safe, high‑quality projects on schedule.
• Direct daily activities, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, run site meetings, and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Mentor junior superintendents and contribute to look‑ahead planning and field improvement.
