Job summary

RAM Construction seeks a skilled Construction Superintendent to lead field activities on multiple sites in Orange County, focusing on safety, scheduling, and quality control. The role requires coordinating subcontractors, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation in Procore.

Applicants should have experience with Procore/Bluebeam and MS Project, plus OSHA and first aid/cpr credentials preferences. Strong organization and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction projects for a General Contractor.
• Ability to read architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Proficient in scheduling and coordinating multiple subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Walk job sites daily to monitor activities and plan next steps.
• Conduct quality control and ensure subcontractors follow scope of work.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and safety meetings.
• Maintain Procore logs and document project progress.
• Communicate RFI's, submittals and non-conformities to the project team.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure site cleanliness and organization.
