Job summary

Multicon Services LLC in the Dallas–Ft. Worth area is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead multifamily framing projects with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and manage budgets while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, blueprint reading, and proficiency with Procore, plus a strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Construction Superintendent in multifamily framing or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Ability to read plans and use Procore for project management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and ensure timelines are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain workflow.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to minimize costs.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and keep projects on track.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and documentation.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
