Job summary

Cesar Chavez Foundation seeks a Project Superintendent to direct day-to-day construction operations and lead site teams. You will issue and manage RFIs, oversee subcontractors, and develop 3-week look-ahead schedules in coordination with the CM and architects.

Ideal candidates have multi-family housing experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel to maintain logs and project files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or a minimum of 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have multi-family housing experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day operations of a construction project.
• Issuing and managing the R.F.I. process.
• Hold subcontractor to contracted work and ensure quality.
• Create 3-week look ahead schedules and review CPM schedules.
• Keep daily logs and participate in weekly site team meetings.
