Job summary

You will oversee field teams, develop recovery plans, coordinate with owners and architects, manage the billing process, and ensure compliance with contract documents.

A Bachelor's degree plus eight years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus minimum eight years of related construction experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and schedule development.
• Ability to read contract documents, drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety programs and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control on site.
• Coordinate trades and resolve on-site issues for efficiency.
• Maintain site safety program and subcontractor compliance.
• Develop and supervise assistants and interns, including performance reviews.
• Create sequences and recovery strategies to maintain schedule.
• Interface with owners and architects on field issues.
• Manage billing related to WIP and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents.
