Job summary

The Encompass Group is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join its Texas team. You will lead field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure project success from mobilization to closeout on K–12 and public-sector projects.

Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills are required, with Procore experience preferred. Local travel and a competitive base salary with bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with demonstrated Superintendent experience.
• K–12 construction experience required; knowledge need not be recent.
• Experience with municipal, institutional, higher education, or public-sector construction valued.
• Strong leadership and organization skills; ability to manage owner and contractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Oversee safety, quality, scheduling, coordination, and overall execution.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors.
• Utilize Procore to manage project documentation and field activities.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates.
