Job summary

Compri Consulting is seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent for a direct hire, onsite position in Fort Worth, Texas. You will lead a major K-12 school project from kickoff to closeout, coordinating field teams, safety, quality, and schedule management.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with CPM scheduling using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
• Strong K–12 school construction experience
• Experience managing subcontractors, field teams, safety, quality, schedules, and project closeout
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling; Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 experience
• Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and client relationship skills
• Procore experience and OSHA 30 preferred
• Must successfully complete a drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Lead a large K-12 school construction project from kickoff through final closeout.
• Oversee field teams, safety, quality, and progress scheduling.
• Manage subcontractors and client relationships to ensure project success.
• Report on project status and closeout activities to stakeholders.
