Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up K-12 construction projects in the Redding, CA market.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of commercial construction field experience, with a proven track record supervising complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders on time and within budget. Public-works experience is a plus, OSHA 30 preferred. This full-time role is on-site in Redding, CA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Experience supervising complex commercial projects, preferably ground-up.
• K-12 school construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with public works or highly regulated projects is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with the Project Manager.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Maintain daily site reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, inspectors, and district representatives.
• Support project closeout and turnover.
