Construction Superintendent - Hospitals (Ground Up & Renovations) / Healthcare

This role is for a fast-growing general contractor specializing in construction management and preconstruction services. They are urgently seeking a Superintendent with proven experience leading healthcare construction projects, including new builds and renovations.

The ideal candidate will have delivered projects valued at $20M+ and possess at least 5 years of experience in at-risk, lump sum, and negotiated CM construction, specifically within healthcare and hospital environments. A background as a tradesperson and a hands-on leadership style are preferred.

Responsibilities include overseeing on-site activities, ensuring project alignment with design, budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards, and collaborating with clients, medical facility representatives, and contractors. You will plan and supervise craft activities, manage resources, lead meetings, and mentor team members.

This position offers a great work/life balance and the opportunity to lead transformative healthcare projects, from cutting-edge hospitals to critical care centers. The role involves managing multiple local projects, eliminating extensive travel.

Salary: $175,000+ plus vehicle and benefits.
