Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry as an assistant superintendent or field engineer on ground-up commercial projects ($20M+)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Proficient with MS Office and construction management software such as Procore, Timberline, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily subcontractor project assignments
• Ensure a safe workplace meeting company standards and OSHA requirements
• Schedule and monitor material deliveries
• Perform daily quality control walks
• Create punch lists for trades on each phase of construction
• Organize city inspections
• Maintain job site paperwork: daily reports, material orders and deliveries, safety certifications
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, inspectors, and city officials
• Attend project status meetings and assist in problem-solving
