DC Builders is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and teams from pre-construction through completion. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and hands-on framing experience to ensure high-quality builds on time and within budget.

You will engage with clients and design teams, develop scopes, and manage bid processes, takeoffs, and approvals, while coordinating with project managers and field staff to drive

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management or related field.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
• Ability to work irregular hours and travel long distances.
• Proficient in coordinating with all building trades.
• Demonstrated framing experience and start-to-finish construction knowledge.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Personable leadership style with good communication skills.
• PlanSwift software familiarity is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic PM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in preliminary client discussions to understand vision and budget.
• Develop schedules, values, and job costing from historical data.
• Expand the job costing database to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate on project scopes and bid solicitations.
• Generate quantity takeoffs for framing, siding, and hardware.
• Draft subcontractor agreements and manage subcontractor buyout.
• Oversee project budgets, permitting, and alignment with PMs.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and trades to finalize contracts.
• Oversee internal project handoffs to construction teams.
