On-site leadership includes mentoring junior staff and documenting progress with builder tread tools. The role requires 2+ years in construction, strong leadership, and fluency with construction management software.

Qualifications

2+ years of construction experience.
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency with Builder Tread and Job Tread software.
Familiarity with construction safety regulations.
Ability to manage budgets and schedules.
Attention to detail to ensure quality and compliance.

Responsabilités

Supervise construction activities with subcontractors and crews.
Monitor progress and ensure plans and specs are followed.
Manage budgets, bids, approvals, and documentation of changes.
Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and lookaheads.
Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
Mentor junior supervisory staff on the project.
