Job summary

The Brock Group Inc. is seeking a senior Superintendent in Wyoming to oversee site construction activities, supervise field personnel, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while meeting safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will develop execution plans, monitor costs, manage changes, and coordinate with sales, estimating, and HR, upholding Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture on every job site.

Qualifications

• 10 years of craft supervision experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment practices (hiring, discipline, pay).
• Ability to read/interpret engineering plans and coordinate field activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety, quality, cost, and schedule management.
• Plan resources, scheduling, and logistics for projects.
• Develop Execution and Quality Control plans; ensure site safety.
• Manage changes to project scope and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Brock policies and industry regulations.
