Job summary

All 5’s Construction in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Superintendent to manage all field operations on the project alongside the Project Manager. You will be accountable for scheduling, quality, safety, and delivering value to the client.

The role requires 5-10 years of experience on large commercial projects, with preference for concrete or self-perform work. Strong mentoring and communication skills are essential, as you will guide Foremen, Assistants, and Engineers throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent on large commercial projects
• Experience on concrete or self-perform projects for a subcontractor or GC
• Basic computer literacy
• Positive attitude and openness to new technology/tools
• Ability to lead and mentor Project Engineers and field staff

Responsibilities

• Manages field operations and coordinates with the Project Manager to keep the project on schedule.
• Communicates with clients and Client’s Representatives in a professional manner.
• Directs teams through clear, accurate project scheduling and coordination.
• Mentors and develops Superintendent prospects and other staff.
• Delivers high-quality product for the client’s investment.
• Creates and maintains the project schedule and handles changes and updates.
• Develops a comprehensive site logistics plan for each project phase.
• Reviews subcontractor scopes, leads pre-installation conferences.
• Plans and sequences work to optimize subcontractor performance.
• Generates and updates three-week look-ahead schedules with project specifics.
• Keeps procurement schedule accurate and up-to-date with PM/PE input.
• Monitors subcontractor quality and implements a Field Control Plan.
• Leads weekly subcontractor meetings and ensures proper material storage.
• Coordinates with General Foreman on field receivables and deliveries.
• Verifies quantity/quality of deliveries via Assistant Superintendent/General Foreman.
