Job summary

All 5’s Construction is seeking a Superintendent to join our Las Vegas, NV team. This role is responsible for effective management of field operations, scheduling, and collaboration with the PM and PE to ensure project success on large commercial builds.

The successful candidate will lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and mentor junior staff while maintaining high standards of safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as Superintendent on large commercial projects.
• Experience with concrete/self-perform projects.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to embrace new technology in the field.
• Ability to lead and mentor Project Engineers and Field employees.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manages field operations and develops a project environment for the team to complete tasks effectively.
• Directs subcontractor coordination and ensures alignment with the project schedule.
• Pre-installation conferences with subcontractors and review of scopes of work.
• Creates and updates weekly three-week look-ahead schedules and maintains schedule integrity.
• Leads weekly subcontractor meetings and coordinates procurement with the Project Manager and Project Engineer.
• Ensures proper storage of materials on site and oversees field operations quality.
• Mentors Project Engineers and Field staff to improve performance and safety.
• Reviews deliveries, verifies quantity/quality, and coordinates with General Foreman.
