Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Project.
• Willingness to learn new project software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects on time.
• Ensure compliance with standards, timelines, and quality.
• Familiarity with trades and labor.

Responsibilities

• Overall site supervision, scheduling, subcontractor coordination per plans and specifications.
• Review Construction Drawings, Specifications, Shop Drawings, Submittals & Change Orders.
• OSHA Safety Compliance.
• Review and Track the overall DJB project schedule on a weekly basis.
• Complete Field & Weekly Reports.
