Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of field supervision experience or equivalent required.
• Strong construction knowledge and ability to guide volunteers with varying experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee job site supervision and construction scheduling.
• Ensure quality control and safety management on site.
• Coordinate materials and deliveries with teams and subcontractors.
• Provide volunteer leadership and collaborate with Habitat's construction and outreach teams.
