Job summary

KAIKER DEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead on-site field operations and crew execution across job sites in OH, IN, and KY. This hands-on leadership role blends carpentry skills with mentoring to keep projects on schedule and ensure quality.

You will collaborate with superintendents and management, enforce OSHA standards, read blueprints, supervise crews, track progress, and document daily field activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of construction supervisory and leadership experience.
• Ability to listen well to superintendents and office management for direction.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily on-site carpentry work and guide field activities of personnel.
• Coordinate field labor, equipment, and materials to meet productivity and schedule goals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, structural specs, and scopes of work accurately.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards to keep crew safe and compliant.
• Monitor quality control to meet company and client expectations.
• Maintain daily field documentation including progress reports and timecards.
