Job summary

Hourigan Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans from pursuit through turnover. You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure schedules align with Hourigan Schedule Policies and best practices.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of scheduling experience on general contractor projects, strong communication skills, and experience with Procore or Bluebeam. Travel may be required, and full-time benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of scheduling and planning experience on GC projects preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules across lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Pursuit Team for proposal schedules.
• Update weekly and monthly schedules with narratives and data.
• Coordinate schedule inputs from internal and external sources for an integrated plan.
• Generate and review schedule reports and variances for leadership.
