E Tech Group is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to promote and ensure site safety across projects in the Port Washington area. You will plan, coordinate, and enforce safety regulations while delivering site-specific trainings and incident investigations.

Local to Port Washington, WI and willing to report on-site, you will build a strong safety culture, lead weekly meetings, and collaborate with multiple subcontractors to drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in construction safety management.
• BCSP Certification minimum of CHST, ASP or CSP.
• First Aid, Narcan, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR, and AED training.
• OSHA 510 and OSHA 30 certification.
• NFPA 70E Electrical Safety certification.
• Knowledge of Safetymojo, BIM 360, and Procore.
• Ability to walk 8+ miles per day.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• DNA of collaboration and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement site and project-specific safety plans and trainings.
• Schedule and coordinate safety checks and inspections.
• Teach safety classes (e.g., LOTO, electrical safety).
• Coordinate site training with electrical contractor and GC.
• Prepare and submit weekly safety reports.
• Identify hazards during site walks and implement mitigations.
• Supervise high-risk activities and partner with subcontractor safety professionals.
• Participate in safety committee meetings.
• Contribute to root cause analyses after incidents.
