Job summary

E Tech Group in Port Washington, WI, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to promote and ensure site safety. You will apply knowledge of safety regulations, train staff, and coordinate site trainings, acting as the contact for all safety matters and maintaining a compliant work environment.

You must be local to Port Washington and able to report on-site. The role includes developing safety plans, conducting training, inspections, and investigations, with a focus on collaboration and core

Qualifications

• CHST/ASP/CSP required with BCSP certification.
• 7+ years of construction safety experience.
• First Aid, Narcan, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR/AED training.
• Emergency procedures training.
• Mental Health First Aid Training.
• OSHA 510 and OSHA 30 certifications.
• NFPA 70E Electrical Safety certification.
• Experience with Safetymojo, BIM 360 and Procore.
• Able to walk 8+ miles daily.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site and project safety plans.
• Lead safety orientation and training.
• Perform Job Hazard Analysis and risk mitigation.
• Create fatigue management, pre-task, stretch/bend plans.
• Define PPE requirements and housekeeping plans.
• Schedule and perform equipment safety checks.
• Teach safety classes (Aerial lift, LOTO, electrical safety).
• Coordinate training with electrical contractor and GC.
• Submit weekly safety reports.
• Walk sites to identify hazards and mitigate.
• Supervise high-risk activities.
• Collaborate with subcontractor safety professionals for site improvements.
• Participate in weekly safety committee meetings.
• Assist in injury investigations and root cause analysis.
• Uphold core values and develop associates.
