Formación

• Five plus years of experience in a construction safety supervisorial role.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background screening.

Responsabilidades

• Instill Safety as a top priority by monitoring and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Implement and oversee the Project Safety Program, including site safety policies.
• Conduct training, orientation, and safety meetings for workers.
• Monitor heavy construction work for compliance with safety requirements.
• Adhere to budgetary guidelines and ensure cost-control measures.
• Assess risk, investigate incidents, and provide safety statistics.
• Assist Project Manager with project setups and client/subcontractor communication.
