The Walsh Group is seeking a Project Scheduler for our federal building division in Port Canaveral, FL. You will develop and maintain baseline schedules, coordinate with project teams, and analyze risks to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of project scheduling experience.
• Experience with baseline, progress, recovered schedules.
• Travel may be required.
• Civil/CM degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develops a baseline schedule coordinating with project management, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Uses scheduling software to implement, maintain and analyze the project schedule including resources, costs and sequencing.
• Assesses risk and changes to the schedule and presents to the project team.
• Analyzes changes to schedule and impact on cost and timeline.
• Documents and reviews all project changes and delays.
• Leads scheduling meetings and prepares reports for staff.
• Forecasts and manages the project budget in relation to the schedule.
• Performs what-if analyses and contingency planning.
