Job summary

MGC Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Utah Division in the Provo area. The role focuses on coordinating with project site teams to develop logistics, manage pay requests, and monitor costs across active projects.

You will forecast total cost projections, oversee labor, review material and equipment needs, and assist in estimating when bidding projects. Build strong relationships with owners, vendors, and subcontractors while supporting project success.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor degree in Construction Management or related program required.
At least eight years of construction field experience required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
Effective communication skills both oral and written, and quick response time to inquiries.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan.
Oversee the pay request process.
Monitor project costs and job cost report.
Analyze and forecast total cost projections.
Monitor project labor.
Review and approve material and equipment needs.
Assist in estimating when bidding projects.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with owners, vendors, subcontractors.
Any and all other duties assigned.
