Job summary

347 Group, Inc. seeks a Construction General Foreman with civil underground experience to lead installation of underground utilities across Southern California.

The role involves directing site personnel, coordinating schedules with the Project Manager, and ensuring work meets deadlines and budgets. You will review specifications, order tools and materials, monitor safety, prepare production reports, and liaise with subcontractors and customers.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration preferred.
• 7+ years of construction knowledge and experience as General Foreman or Superintendent in Underground Utility Installation.
• Ability to manage schedules and coordinate with Project Manager and Scheduler.
• Reads and interprets specifications and prepares reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee job site personnel and subcontractors, coordinating work schedules to prevent delays.
• Develop and refine project schedules with PM to meet deadlines and budget.
• Approve expenses for each job and allocate to correct codes.
• Order tools and materials to align with work schedules.
• Inspect progress to ensure workmanship meets specs and schedules.
• Prepare or review progress reports, material usage, costs, and changes.
