Job summary

First Midwest Group seeks a Residential & Commercial Construction Property Manager to oversee new residential builds and select commercial initiatives across our portfolio. You will manage projects from planning through completion and serve as the liaison between contractors, vendors, municipal officials, ownership, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
• Experience overseeing residential new construction and commercial renovations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Oversee select commercial construction, tenant improvements, and capital projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress, risks, and changes.
