Job summary

Warrior Precast, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee precast concrete projects from award through installation. You will be the primary contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams, coordinating sales handoff, engineering, production, logistics, and field operations to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's or equivalent, 3+ years PM experience in construction/precast, strong scheduling and contract knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CM, Eng, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction or precast industries.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from award through completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison for customers, contractors, engineers, and internal departments.
• Coordinate project schedules, production, deliveries, field installation, and subcontractors.
• Support the sales team during project handoff and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, costs, and profitability while proactively resolving issues.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, logistics, and field crews to ensure efficient project execution.
• Track project milestones, communicate progress, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support billing, closeout documentation, and administrative project functions.
• Conduct jobsite visits and meetings as needed to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and future business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
