• Proficiency with scheduling, document control, and collaboration tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project management and stakeholders to ensure project plans, specs, and timelines are followed.
• Assist in contract preparation, change orders, and purchasing with thorough documentation.
• Oversee quality control and site inspections to meet codes and project requirements.
• Support budget development and monitoring, flagging variances to the PM team.
• Facilitate procurement, bid evaluations, vendor selection, and logistics for material deliveries.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and overruns.
• Maintain project documents including RFIs, submittals, drawings revisions, and closeout docs.
