Job summary

You will ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating with shop management, engineering, and the project team to align with contract requirements.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of assigned projects, ensuring safety and on-time delivery.
• Review contracts and purchase orders and negotiate changes to protect company interests.
• Administer contracts and coordinate with shop management to align specifications.
• Serve as the primary link between the company and owners to ensure schedule and quality.
• Track and control schedule and costs to achieve on-time, on-budget completion.
• Prepare estimates and manage the release of drawings from engineering to production.
• Manage the fabrication schedule, material availability, and quality checks per project requirements.
• Travel to job sites as needed.
