Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of assigned projects while upholding safety and quality standards
• Review contracts and purchase orders; negotiate changes to protect company interests
• Coordinate resources, monitor progress, and manage budget and schedule
• Serve as primary link to owner to ensure alignment with specs and timelines
• Prepare estimates and quotes; manage release of drawings from engineering to production
• Facilitate change orders and track monthly margins
• Assist in preparing project plans and provide direction to project teams
