Ames Construction is seeking a Project Manager for highway heavy construction projects based in Belle Glade, Florida. The role oversees projects from start to finish, coordinating a multidisciplinary team to deliver on time and within budget.

You will supervise project engineers, superintendents, and staff, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction on site. Required are a Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management and at least 3 years of relevant

• Strong communication skills both written and oral.
• 3 years' experience in highway heavy construction as a Project Engineer or Construction Manager.
• Desire to grow and mentor coworkers.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Instill Safety as a top priority.
• Manage and support a team of Project Engineers, Superintendents, and project staff.
• Track and report project progress, budgets, and needs with Operations Managers.
• Build relationships with owners or owner's representatives.
• Coordinate changes in scope, budget and/or schedule with approvals.
• Provide monthly billings, cash flow projections, and change orders.
• Assist with updating monthly schedules.
• Coordinate equipment and staff needs with management.
• Serve as project representative with clients at meetings and site visits.
