You will lead project teams, manage schedules and budgets, supervise subcontractors, and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. As a leader, you will identify risks early and implement proactive solutions while driving safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of proven success in construction project management.
• Experience in both commercial and high-end residential construction.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Deep knowledge of building codes, regulations, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
