• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of multiple projects by driving efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Lead project teams with confidence and accountability, ensuring clear communication.
• Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee site Superintendents and ensure field work aligns with plans and budgets.
• Drive job-site efficiency in collaboration with trade partners.
• Maintain accurate project records including RFIs, change orders, and schedules.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards.
