Qualifications

• 5-10 years of proven success in construction project management.
• Experience in both commercial and high-end residential construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Deep knowledge of building codes, regulations, and contract administration.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute blueprints and technical project documents.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Growth and action-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license from Massachusetts or a bordering state.
