Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Budget Management: Oversee budgets and track costs.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, and regulators.
• Quality Control: Ensure work meets safety standards and client expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and mitigate delays or overruns.
• Permitting and Compliance: Oversee permitting processes.
• Schedule Management: Monitor and adjust schedules as needed.
