Job summary

BRPH is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex design/build initiatives across the built environment. You will guide project teams, coordinate design, procurement, and construction while ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance.

You will manage projects ranging from several million to twenty million dollars, travel for site work as required, and partner with Owners, designers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent. Five years of industry experience and a PMP or CCM certification may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Construction Project Engineer with progressive responsibility.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the built environment infrastructure.
• Experience managing all project life cycle activities.
• Understanding of CPM scheduling and Earned Value management.
• Well versed in managing cash flows and budgets.
• Experience with general contractors and trade subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of assigned construction projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget activities; manage project team and design/construction processes.
• Ensure HSE and quality compliance on all projects.
• Prepare baseline performance plans and develop metrics.
• Monitor monthly forecasts, commitments, and costs; deliver as-bid gross profit.
• Manage permits, environmental approvals, and licenses.
• Mentor project team and resolve conflicts; foster partnering with owners and contractors.
