BRPH is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and financial targets are met. The role involves building the project team, directing planning, and coordinating with design professionals to meet design-to-cost goals.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in construction management, including 10+ years as PM, with strong leadership, client relationship skills, and experience with at-risk projects in the $15M–$50M+

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction management experience with 10+ years as PM.
• Experience managing at-risk construction projects from $15M to $50M+.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead construction and design/build proposals from planning to HSE compliance.
• Build client relationships and grow opportunities with existing clients.
• Oversee pre-construction activities to procure new projects.
• Prepare baseline performance plans including costs, schedule, and margins.
• Provide monthly forecasting and manage project cash flow and costs.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce a zero-tolerance safety culture.
