Job summary

BRPH is seeking a Traveling Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects across the USA and internationally. US Citizenship and a current US Passport are required.

You will plan, direct, coordinate, and budget activities for complex projects, guiding the project team through design, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and closeout. The role requires experience managing at-risk projects typically ranging from $3M to $20M, with willingness to travel for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement with 5 years of industry experience; PMP or CCM may substitute for degree.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work with clients.
• Knowledge of built environment infrastructure and project life-cycle management.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and Earned Value management.
• Experience managing general contractors and trade subcontractors; CCM/PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project execution to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget activities for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and quality control.
• Maintain owner communication and strive for owner satisfaction and repeat business.
• Pre-qualify, select, and manage design professionals and contractors.
• Develop risk registers and change orders to mitigate project risks.
