Job summary

HDR is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead small to medium projects, handling planning, staffing, scheduling, and budget performance to ensure successful delivery. You will build relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies while representing HDR in project, quality, and coordination activities.

Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field, 7+ years of experience, 2+ years in PM; preferred: PMP, OSHPD; proficiency with Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 7+ years of related experience; 2+ years in project management.
• Experience with construction management software (Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam).
• PMP certification and OSHPD experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects including planning, staffing, workload coordination, schedule management, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders while representing HDR in project, compliance, quality, and coordination activities.
• Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents in conjunction with other staff.
• Lead and oversee Construction Administration staff including workload allocation, staffing coordination, training, performance support, and team communications.
• Track financials of projects and coordinate with team to meet schedule and budget.
• Lead, develop, and support Construction Administration staff through workforce planning and mentoring.
• Establish and enforce quality control processes and document management.
