Job summary

HDR is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead small to medium projects, coordinate with clients and regulators, and guide the CA team through design development and construction administration. You will manage schedules, budgets, and procurement while ensuring compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• 7 years related experience
• 2 years project management experience
• Ability to interact with multiple design teams and strong organizational skills
• Active participant in employee-owned culture

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of small to medium single‑discipline projects or large, routine projects
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies and stakeholders
• Conduct design development and contract document work sessions with staff
• Lead Construction Administration staff including workload allocation and training
• Track financial aspects and coordinate work to meet schedule constraints
• Coordinate with Business/Accounting Manager and Project Controller for project reviews
• Lead and support Construction Administration staff for delivery and growth
• Establish, enforce quality control processes and documentation standards
• Develop, implement and enforce QA/QC, document management, compliance and closeout processes
• Lead operational and process improvement initiatives to align staffing and priorities
• Represent organization in QA/QC, inspection and regulatory coordination
• Perform other duties as needed
