Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of related construction planning/management experience.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Ability to interact with design teams and strong communication skills.
  • Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of small to medium projects or large routine projects.
  • Build and maintain client, contractor, and regulator relationships.
  • Conduct design development/work sessions with staff.
  • Lead CA staff and staffing coordination.
  • Track project finances and schedule adherence within approved parameters.
  • Collaborate with Accounting/Project Controller and Dept Manager for reviews.
  • Develop and support CA staff through mentoring and training.
  • Establish and enforce QA/QC, documentation, and closeout processes.
  • Lead process improvements aligning staffing with project priorities.
  • Represent organization in QA/QC and regulatory coordination.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
