Job summary

AOI Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for our Omaha-based Construction Division to oversee commercial interior renovations and Class A office build-outs from vision to completion.

You will analyze plans, prepare time and cost estimates, manage budgets, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure OSHA compliance, and maintain strong client relationships while leading a collaborative on-site team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, construction technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of construction industry experience with project management background.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills across multiple projects.
• Exceptional communication skills to build credibility with clients and teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Timberline and Procore or related software.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, building codes, and applicable regulations.
• Experience in commercial interior renovation and Class A office environments.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: analyze blueprints and proposals to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Direct, coordinate, and monitor activities across all project phases.
• Client relations: establish scope with owners and maintain long-term relationships.
• Estimating & Budgeting: develop estimates, bids, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Schedule management: create critical path schedules and manage timelines.
• Team collaboration: outline work plans, assign responsibilities, provide guidance.
• Safety & compliance: uphold OSHA safety protocols on site and in offices.
