Job summary

Raba Kistner Inc. in Austin, Texas, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Project Control team.

The role covers initiation through turnover of buildings, infrastructure and facilities, coordinating with owners and contractors to meet scope, schedule, budget and quality. You will support the Program Manager/Director, lead project meetings, prepare reports, monitor risks, and assist in contracts and QA plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management highly preferred.
• 5-10 years’ experience in construction management, PMP, and Project Management Software certifications and training are a plus.
• Posses a current valid state issued drivers and meet company's auto insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager/Director to extend clients/owners capabilities in the project organization, planning, programming, administration, and design/construction management of buildings, infrastructure and facilities.
• Manage and schedule project meetings; create minutes and action items to track and follow through to completion.
• Develop and maintain project requirements, budgets and schedules; monitor scope, schedule, budget and quality for variance and corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly reports and detailed minutes of Project Meetings in a timely fashion.
• Assist with development of contracts and terms and conditions; assist with risk register and client/owner communications.
